Well-being
These well-being sessions are ideal if your child is facing a particular difficulty, or needs to develop their own mindfulness. These are focused sessions to help children deal with issues such as anxiety or anger, and to provide them with coping strategies that they can use in everyday life.
Each session is usually 1 hour, but it may be possible for a shorter lesson to be arranged depending on need. It may also be possible for me to run small group lessons with 2-4 children if there is enough interest.

A six-week course of one to one (or small group depending on interest) well-being sessions are available.
Payment is by bank transfer 24 hours in advance.
